The Lunar Diaper Guardian
A sequel to the Pamper Express
============================================================================= Chapter 1: New Title
=============================================================================
Everything was black. A void of pure darkness spread out before her. She couldn't recall, couldn't remember what had happened to her, to her kingdom, her subjects, to make her like this. She couldn't hear, nor could she think. The world was silent. All had been forgotten

Then there was light, a single star burning bright pink with waves of heat sweeping from its center. Power erupted in cataclysmic waves that boiled the air and tarred the skin. It swirled about her, washing her fur in a gentle glow that told her everything was alright.

A voice entered the void, whispering songs of encouragement and gentle affirmations as the star bloomed, filling the abyss with blinding white light. A swirl of pink and a sea of particles filled her vision as she felt her thoughts, emotions, and state of being rise to the surface.

Her eyes widened as the star exploded, showering the void with fireworks of pink and purple, and all at once, her thoughts and functionality returned. She could feel herself waking for the first time in a millennium. Thoughts, images, and memories of times long passed flashed before her mind's eyes.

Inspiration welled in her chest as her heart thumped against her ribcage. She felt a sense of power surge through her horn as the gentle voice whispered more encouragement. A dopey smile crawled onto her face as she was filled with the strong desire to care.

"That's it, Sweetie~ Juuuuust like that. Wake up~"

Princess Luna groaned in confusion as she opened her eyes and the world came into focus. Before her was a mirror surrounded by smooth quartz and golden lacing. The golden frame curled like ivy up the mirror's edges, encrusting it with the unmistakable stamp of royalty.

Reflected in the mirror were shiny white quartz walls sparkling with pristine cleanliness, draped with smooth, red and golden-sewn drapes and carpets, each fold catching the light like molten silk. A large open window was located at the back of the room.

Mommy kneeled next to her, gently running a comb through her silky smooth blue hair that blew in a wind that didn’t exist. Each stroke was slow and rhythmic, almost hypnotic, as if brushing away not just tangles, but thoughts. Her touch was patient, adoring, and full of quiet power.

Luna stared, enraptured by the mirror, fascinated by the strange girl staring back at her—so polished, so regal, yet unmistakably soft. Her cheeks were rosy with innocence, her eyes wide with wonder, and her thick diaper crinkled softly around her waist.

"See? That wasn't so bad, was it?" Mommy asked with a soothing tone.

"Yesshhhh... ishhh was finneesshhh..." Luna responded absentmindedly, her voice slurred with dreamy apathy. Her eyes remained locked on the mirror, hardly aware she'd spoken at all. She leaned closer, mesmerized by the figure staring back at her.

The girl's fur was a deep, rich blue, the exact hue of the sky moments before it surrendered to night. It shimmered faintly, as if lit from within by a thousand distant stars. Her features were sharp and noble, yet softened by a wide-eyed innocence. A long, graceful horn rose from the center of her brow, spiraling elegantly like polished obsidian.
The girl’s eyes, large and luminous, seemed to glow with a soft teal light. They held a strange depth as if oceans of forgotten memories and dreams lay just beyond them. Her mane, ethereal and flowing like the night sky in motion, rippled with stardust and shadow, unaffected by gravity or time.

Mommy let out a soft giggle, her voice gentle and melodic.

A pair of delicate wings folded snugly against the girl's back, their feathery tips twitching ever so slightly as if unsure whether they should stretch or stay hidden. A dark blue midnight diaper was wrapped tightly about her waist, covered in patterns of tiny stars that sparkled in the moonlight.

A strange marking was etched onto the blue girl's forehead just above the eyes. It pulsed faintly with a light pink hue that matched the quiet magic in the air. Lost in the trance of discovery, Luna didn’t put the pieces together. She was too little, too enchanted, too wrapped up in the mystery of her reflection to understand the truth.
She was looking at herself.

“There we go! All better.” Mommy smiled warmly as she finished combing Luna’s hair. She leaned back to admire her work with a satisfied nod. Then, with a gentle rustle of fabric, the caretaker stood and gave the little princess two affectionate pats on her padded bottom.

Luna's pampers crinkled softly in response. Each pat was soft, rhythmic, and grounding, as if sealing the moment with love.

A warm tingle shot up her spine.

Luna let out a quiet moan as her mind grew fuzzy. Her thoughts slipped into a gentle, empty abyss of pleasure and obedience. It was as if a gentle shock had disabled her mental faculties. Luna felt her tongue roll out of her mouth as a small droplet of drool traced a slow path down her chin.

Her eyes fluttered, unfocused, as if she were staring through a wall of water. Somewhere far away, a soft, honeyed voice drifted into her ears like a lullaby wrapped in cotton. "Everything is going to be okay," it whispered. "You can take as long as you need to come back."

The words barely registered, echoing through her foggy mind like ripples across still water.

Several minutes passed, and the former princess's cheeks tugged upward into a wide, mindless smile. Her body relaxed into weightless bliss, as if she were floating in a warm bubble bath just before bedtime. The pressure of thought, of responsibility, of memory itself dissolved, replaced with a soft, glowing quiet.

It felt amazing.

Joy bloomed in the alicorn’s chest, deep and pure, a giddy, sparkling sensation that pulsed with each beat of her heart. Her thoughts were coated in a warm, syrupy haze, thick and slow-moving, like molasses under moonlight. Each breath deepened the feeling.

She couldn’t remember what she had been thinking before, or why it had ever mattered. Even the concept of “before” felt abstract, distant, and unimportant. She let out a giggle, unprompted and airy, the sound of someone who had forgotten what worry was.

How could anypony ever want to leave this sensation? Why would they?

The haze was safe. The haze was kind. The haze loved her.

Alas, the haze would not last forever.

Slowly, almost reluctantly, cracks began to form in the warm cocoon of bliss wrapped around Luna's mind. A gentle buzz, like the hum of distant bees in a sun-drenched garden, filled her brain. It wasn’t unpleasant—just persistent—nudging her sleepy thoughts toward the surface.

Her limbs were still loose, her body still relaxed, but the spell of perfect bliss slowly faded.
Shapes began to take form behind her fluttering eyelids. Light shimmered through the fog, and the once-abstract swirls of color gradually sharpened into familiar edges. The blurry outline of Mommy appeared first, a comforting presence standing tall and graceful.

Then came the quartz-coated bathroom walls, gleaming with sterile luxury. Their pale surfaces caught the light in soft, prismatic glints that pulsed gently in the evening breeze. It seemed the room itself was exhaling in rhythm with Luna's slow breaths.

A single clap, light and melodic, snapped gently through the air. Luna blinked.

"Now then," Mommy chirped with cheerful clarity, “Do you remember what Mommy told you, Sweetie?”

Luna’s ears twitched at the sound, but her mind lagged. She furrowed her brow, blinking slowly as her lips parted. Her thoughts wobbled like jelly, half-formed and slippery. She shook her head groggily, her mane drifting lazily around her like she was underwater.

“Buuuhhhhh... Nuh?” she mumbled, her voice thick with drowsiness and confusion.

Mommy only smiled, patient and unbothered. "Today is the first day of your new responsibilities!"

Luna blinked, confused. She couldn't recall any such conversation, nor could she recall much of anything before waking up. But Mommy was never wrong; Luna must have forgotten. Defeated, the little alicorn shook her head, "I'm sowie Mommy, I dun remebersh..."

A brief pang of disappointment radiated from Mommy but quickly faded.

“That’s alright, sweetie,” Mommy said gently, giving Luna’s cheeks a playful squish before brushing a loose strand of mane from her face. “I’ll just have to remind you~ But let’s not make a habit of forgetting, hmm?”

“Mmpphhkay Mumfffy!” Luna mumbled with an eager nod, a smile pulling at the corners of her mouth.
“That's my good girl,” Mommy beamed, pride in her voice. “Now, come along.”

Mommy led Luna from the bathroom down a hallway into a wide, circular chamber. The walls curved upward into a tall, graceful ceiling that seemed to vanish into the sky. The transition was seamless, the warmth of the quartz-tiled bathroom giving way to the vast, sacred hush of the chamber.

High above, stained glass windows lined the dome like a crown of color and light, each pane casting soft, prismatic beams that arced onto the floor below. The windows shimmered with scenes from Equestrian history—ancient battles, royal coronations, moments of peace and triumph—though the meanings behind them had long been forgotten by most.

Luna wouldn't notice, but the window images bore subtle differences from known history. Details shifted, expressions altered, symbols rearranged, timelines adjusted. Edits made not for truth, but a preferred narrative. A story she didn't realize she was part of.

A reverent atmosphere filled the room. A series of ornately carved doors surrounded the perimeter, each one showcasing Luna's cutie mark engraved delicately under their handles. A great silver moon was etched into the polished stone floor in the center of the room.

The symbol radiated with quiet power, catching the light like still water.
Luna stared at the room in awe, her breath catching softly in her throat. Her eyes darted from corner to corner, soaking in the details.
Mommy’s gentle hand held Luna firmly as she guided the little princess forward with slow, encouraging steps until they reached the room's center.

“This is one of your new rooms, sweetheart!” Mommy announced with a wide, cheerful smile, her voice warm and motherly as it echoed gently through the chamber. “This is where you’ll rest and play between your new duties.”
“Bwaaahhh!” Luna gasped, wide-eyed with awe. This room was hers? Mommy was giving all of this to her? A flutter rose in her chest—honor and excitement tangled with a nervous thrill. Did she truly deserve something so grand? The sheer scale made her feel small and special.

Mommy giggled at Luna’s stunned expression, “That’s right. But I’m sure you’re wondering what those new responsibilities are… aren’tcha?~”

Luna nodded quickly, eager to please, eager to know what Mommy wanted from her.

Mommy released Luna’s hand and stepped forward, her presence fading respectfully into the background as if her part in the ritual had been completed. Mommy stood tall and radiant beneath the dome of stained glass and raised a graceful hand. With a crisp, echoing click, the caretaker snapped her fingers.

In an instant, a surge of light pink and purple magic pulsed outward from her fingertips, flooding the chamber in a shimmering wave. The air sizzled with raw energy as the spell spread, rattling the tall doors lining the perimeter and kicking up a small spiral of dust from the lunar symbol engraved on the floor.

Luna’s eyes widened as the magic swirled around the doors. Each one lit up in brilliant pink and purple hues, their frames bent and rippled like warm wax. The once-uniform brown wood shifted as the surface fibers writhed in silent harmony until, with a delicate pop of sparkling particles, the doors transformed.

Every door now matched the subtle tones of Luna’s fur: dusky blue, indigo, lavender-gray, even a soft cyan sheen.
Above each transformed doorway, a small circular rune emerged, nestled into the stone just above the arch. Its crystalline face pulsed gently, as if alive, catching the moonlight and refracting it into delicate patterns that danced across the floor. The runes shimmered with ancient magic.

“You’ve been relieved of your previous role, sweetheart,” Mommy said gently, her voice cutting through Luna’s awe and bringing her back to the present.

“No more fussing over the silly stars or that grumpy old moon—Mommy will take care of all that now.” Mommy strolled between the towering doors, her words measured and rhythmic, almost like a lullaby. “What you do need to focus on are the dreams of our kingdom’s little ones.”

"Dere dweams?" Luna echoed softly, eyes wide with intrigue.

“That’s right,” Mommy said with a gentle nod. “Mommies like me can keep you and your fellow littles safe during the day. We can cuddle you after a scary dream, change you after a mess, offer you a plushie when you're frightened, and read you the sweetest bedtime stories to help you drift off.”

She paused, a tender smile spreading across her face as a memory surfaced—countless nights spent cradling sleepy foals, whispering lullabies, and chasing away nightmares with nothing more than her voice and presence. A soft sigh escaped her, full of warmth and quiet pride.

There was such beauty in the simplicity of it all.

After a beat, she continued, her voice even softer than before.

“However, we can’t be there all the time,” Mommy said gently, a hint of sadness in her voice. “Mommies need sleep too, and that means we can’t always protect our little ones from their nightmares.” Mommy sighed, her tone tinged with quiet frustration.

“When the boogeyman creeps into their thoughts, or when Mommy is busy and can’t help right away, what happens then?”

Luna let out a horrified gasp. “Thash awfulsh!” she cried, eyes wide with shock. The idea that Mommy—or any of the Caregivers—might not be there when a little one needed them was unthinkable. The little alicorn couldn’t imagine it.

“Indeed,” Mommy said with a solemn nod. Then, her face brightened as she gestured warmly toward Luna. “And that, my little princess, is where you come in! You, and you alone, have the power to traverse the dreams of our little ponies and make sure such a terrible thing never happens!”

“Travvesshh… Trav… trahhss… wha?” Luna blinked, bewildered. The grown-up word had flown right over her head.
Mommy giggled and covered her mouth with a hand, blushing slightly, "Forgive me, Sweetie, I forgot you aren't as smart as you used to be~." She ruffled Luna's hair. "You can stop our little ponies from having nightmares or scary thoughts." The caretaker clarified.

Luna let out a quiet “Ohh!” as understanding dawned in her eyes. Now those were words she understood.

“As I was saying,” Mommy continued, picking up where she left off, “only you have the special gift to enter their dreams and make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved. That’s what these doors are for.”

Luna glanced around at the doors lining the circular room. Each one stood tall and mysterious. How would going outside help with her new responsibilities? The idea puzzled her, but she trusted Mommy. Mommy always explained things in a way that made sense, even to little ones like her.

“Do you see those little circles above each door, sweetheart?” Mommy raised a hand and pointed to a set of small glowing runes etched above the archways. “Those circles will light up pink whenever one of our little ones needs your help.”

Luna followed her gaze, eyes narrowed in concentration. She didn’t quite grasp the how, but deep inside, something warm and certain stirred. Her conscious mind was still catching up—but her subconscious already knew. A soft, fuzzy sense of purpose began to bloom in her chest.

“All you have to do,” Mommy said with a bright smile, “is waddle through the glowing door when it calls you and help whoever is on the other side.”

Luna nodded along, her regressed mind soaking in every word. It didn’t seem hard at all. The lights would guide her. She’d waddle through the door whenever a little one called, and do? Something. It sounded simple. Comforting. Like a game, Luna already knew how to play.

But then a tiny frown crept across her face. A question bubbled up from the back of her mind.
“Buh… how will I know what to do?” The alicorn asked, her voice tinged with worry. “You’ll come with me… won’t you, Mommy?” Concern clouded Luna's face.

If Mommy wasn’t there to guide her, how would she know what to say or how to help? What if she messed up or made things worse?

The thought made her stomach twist.

Mommy smiled, her eyes warm and reassuring as she gave a small shake of her head. “Oh, sweetie. You won’t need me there. I promise. Once you’re inside the dream, you’ll know what to do.”

Luna nodded slowly, doing her best to believe Mommy’s words. She wanted to. Mommy always knew best. But still, a tiny flicker of doubt lingered in the back of her mind, quiet but persistent.
“W-what about bweaks?” she asked hesitantly, her voice small.

The question made Mommy laugh, warm and musical. Luna blinked in surprise, unsure what she’d said that was funny. "Oh, Sweetie, you won't need breaks!" She gestured to the diaper wrapped snugly around Luna's waist. "That's what your diapers are for! Any potty breaks or accidents can be handled on the job!"

A look of understanding spread across Luna’s face as Mommy’s words settled in, warm and comforting.
“And don’t you worry your silly little head about sleep!” Mommy added playfully, her voice teasing and affectionate. “Mommy will come get you when it’s nap time.”

“Oooooooooo!” Luna squealed, clapping her hands together in delight. Her movements were clumsy and joyful. “That makesh sense! Thank you, Mommy!”

Mommy giggled, watching Luna’s giddy excitement ripple through the room like sunshine. Just then, one of the runes above a nearby door lit up with a brilliant pink glow. The door beneath creaked open, revealing a swirling vortex of lavender and purple magic.

Luna felt it instantly—a strong, irresistible pull toward the glowing door, as if her very soul was being called forward. A deep, instinctual desire to waddle through it filled her chest, warm and urgent.

“Well, would you look at that!” Mommy said with playful surprise, her eyes sparkling. “It looks like somepony needs your help, Sweetie! You’ll make Mommy proud, won’t you?”

A radiant smile burst across Luna’s face as a rush of excitement and adrenaline surged through her. Her heart fluttered like tiny butterfly wings, and her feet bounced eagerly against the stone floor. She nodded with all the energy in her little body, then stumbled forward, nearly tripping in her enthusiasm.

“Yush yush yush! I’ll be duh beshtest dream guardian evah!” she squealed, her words tumbling out in pure, unfiltered joy.

“Good girl~” Mommy cooed, stepping aside with a graceful flourish. Her hand swept toward the swirling pink portal, her voice brimming with pride and just a hint of mystery. “Your kingdom awaits.”

Luna babbled happily as she stumbled into the vortex, the magical winds swirling around her like a silken cradle. Her giggles echoed behind her as the portal swallowed her whole, sealing with a soft pop. Her new life as the Royal Diaper Guardian began now!

============================================================================= Chapter 2: New Responsibility
=============================================================================
Pink and purple magic swirled around Luna as she soared through the spiral vortex of the doorway. The air shimmered with tightly woven murmurs of pure magic. Gentle affirmations, loving reassurances, and a vague but powerful presence slid into her ears like lullabies.

“Diaper Guardian, Care for them, guide them, fix them. You're meant for this. Mommy is proud of you~”

The words nestled gently into Luna's subconscious, brushing against her deeper thoughts and dissolving all worry. Her fingers twitched as she glided. Her thick, fluffy diaper crinkled softly with every adjustment. A symbol of her new station, strange yet comforting.

The magic was warm and encouraging, authoritative but not commanding. It felt bigger, bigger than anything Luna had ever felt before. Pride swelled in Luna's chest as she realized the sheer scale of power Mommy possessed. How easily her caretaker controlled her and her fellow little ones.

Even the strange presence in the vortex seemed to obey Mommy's melodic instruction.
Although she was surrounded by immense power, a tide of anxiety tugged at Luna’s heart. She wanted to believe she was ready, that she was grown-up enough to complete the tasks ahead. Even still, she couldn’t pretend the nervous flutter in her chest wasn’t real.

Her ears folded back instinctively as Mommy’s words echoed in her mind. “Once you’re inside the dream, you’ll know what to do.”

The promise had been comforting and terrifying.

A loud ping echoed through the tunnel, crisp as a dinner bell. A white brilliance bloomed at the heart of the spiral. Luna’s pupils dilated as her body froze. Beams of pure white spilled over the alicorn as her vision faded and her thoughts narrowed to a sliver.

The princess felt focused, more focused than she ever had been in her life. The magic wrapped around her frame, gentle but firm. A four-note lullaby filled the white void as an invisible force grabbed her tightly by the chest and yanked her forward.

With a woosh, Luna was flung from the vortex. She tumbled wildly through the air. Wind rushed past her muzzle as the cool night air clawed at her mane. Her wings snapped open as her limbs flailed uselessly, and gravity spun her around like a toy thrown by a toddler.

Panic welled inside the alicorn as she flailed wildly with no control. The ground spun rapidly below her as she flipped from right side up to upside down. Her mind reeled as she tried to recover from the shock of her forceful ejection. She needed to take back control now.

Luna squeezed her eyes shut as Mommy's words of encouragement flooded her mind. "Once you’re inside the dream, you’ll know what to do.”

A confidence Luna didn't know she possessed suddenly rose to the surface. Her feathers curled confidently around the wind as the breeze danced between her intricate feathers. She leaned forward and forced herself upright with a series of tiny corrections.

The once turbulent wind gradually softened, its wild howling ebbing into a gentle, rhythmic breeze that cradled her wings like a warm current. Luna felt the tension in her feathers unwind as the air steadied, her flight no longer a struggle but a dance.

Her speed slowed, and with it came the blooming sense of control. Confidence surged through her limbs, flowing into the tips of her wings and the curve of her back. She straightened her posture midair, gliding with ease now, like the sky itself had opened just for her.

With a final, subtle shift, the alicorn transitioned into a hover. Her wings beat with serene grace, holding her aloft in perfect stillness. The moment stretched, weightless and quiet. The night around her felt reverent, watchful—as if even the stars were pausing to see what she would do next.

Then Luna opened her eyes.

A breathtaking sight unfolded before her: the sky was a velvet tapestry of soft blues and deep purples. The stars sparkled like scattered glitter. The clouds shimmered hues of moonlight lavender, gently undulating like waves in a cosmic sea above and below her.

It was breathtaking.

The princess hovered, taking it all in, her breath caught in her throat. The stars shimmered in quiet anticipation, eager to see what the little alicorn would do next.

Luna's gaze turned downward, drawn by a pulse, a pull deep inside her chest. Something in her soul knew where to go. It wasn’t logical. It wasn’t an instruction. It was something warmer, deeper. A call to care. A need to protect. And she was already late.

Luna angled her wings and descended through the ocean of clouds. A vibrant green field stretched into the horizon, dotted with wildflowers and framed by soft rolling hills. Nestled in the center was a quiet, picturesque scene: a well-worn telescope stood anchored on the grass, its brass fittings gleaming softly in the moonlight.

A lantern flickered nearby, casting a warm, honey-colored glow over the earth. Beside it, standing with her muzzle turned toward the heavens, was a lone purple unicorn. Her blue and sapphire mane frizzed with an emotion Luna couldn't recognize. Something was wrong.

The purple unicorn was a scholar. At least that's what her clothing implied. Several scrolls were scattered haphazardly on the grass near her bags. The unicorn's mane was pulled into a loose bun, purple with sapphire highlights. Her eyes were locked on the sky, drinking in the constellations.

An expression of intrigue but also confusion lined her features. Luna could feel a sense of loneliness, confusion, and haze radiating from the unicorn. The mare didn’t look distressed, but something was out of place. The tension in her movements, the faint crease in her brow, the way she bit at her lower lip while scribbling something in the margin of a scroll.

These were all signs Luna recognized, although she knew not why.

A gentle hum resonated through Luna’s horn as her magic shimmered to life, coalescing into a soft cobalt glow. The air sparkled around her as the light swirled, folding in on itself until it took shape. A beautiful wand, glimmering faintly with stardust and care, appeared beside her.

A crescent moon nestled within a pair of soft, outstretched wings comprised the wand's tip. The wand hovered, perfectly attuned to Luna's presence like a steady hand on her shoulder. She angled her wings and descended as the wand followed in tandem.

Her wings moved with slow, graceful rhythm, each beat purposeful, measured, and full of intent.
Mommy’s voice whispered in her thoughts. "You’ll know what to do when you get there."
Luna landed with barely a sound. The purple unicorn hadn't noticed her descent.

Twilight stood still as a statue, her telescope locked on a distant constellation. Her quill hovered beside her. Her lower lip trembled as a deep furrow formed on her brow. She seemed completely unaware of the cool breeze brushing against her fur or the gentle rustle of grass underfoot as Luna approached.

It wasn’t until the warm light of her lantern was eclipsed by the soft, towering silhouette of Luna's wings and horn that the purple unicorn looked up.

“Hewo!” Luna chirped brightly, her voice filled with innocent cheer. Her diaper crinkled softly with the movement, breaking the quiet like a gentle pop in a dream.

Twilight let out a startled yelp and jerked in place, her quill slipped from her magical grasp and fell soundlessly into the grass. “I-I didn’t see you there,” she stammered, blinking up at the alicorn before her.

Luna offered a gentle smile, warm and patient. Her star-speckled mane flowed softly in the night breeze as her wand hovered quietly at her side. She wasn’t entirely sure what was meant to happen here—or even what to say. But somehow, the words found her mouth anyway.

“You looked so focused,” Luna said softly, her tone innocent and unthreatening.

“I have to be,” Twilight replied, straightening slightly. “Astronomy is a very complex and precise discipline.”

Luna tilted her head, eyeing the scattered scrolls and the gleaming brass telescope with wide-eyed curiosity. “Ooh,” she babbled. “You’re like... thinking so much.”

The purple unicorn sighed and reached down to pick up her fallen quill, brushing a few blades of grass from its feathered end. As her magic wrapped gently around it, something in her expression shifted. The quiet longing in her eyes gave way to something softer—nostalgia, tinted with the pink hue of vulnerability.

“Well… I, um…” she began, her voice quieter now, almost hesitant. “I don’t really know what I’m doing.” Her ears folded. A rosy blush bloomed across her cheeks.

Luna blinked, her head tilted with innocent curiosity. “What do you means?”

"I... I have no memory of doing this." Twilight admitted in a hushed whisper as if she'd said something taboo. "But I know how to do it, all of it. The names of the stars, the constellations, the math, the numbers..." She looked up at the sparkling night sky longingly.

Something shifted inside Luna, a quiet click, like a puzzle piece falling into place. Understanding flickered across her face, soft and certain. This wasn’t a lost little one. Nor was it a foal trapped in the grip of a nightmare. No, this was a little girl who believed she was big.

"She must be corrected." A voice whispered from the recesses of Luna’s mind
With that, Luna raised her hand, the gesture slow and gentle. A calm certainty settled into her limbs, guiding her movements with quiet grace. "I don't think that's right."

Twilight turned. Worry splattered across her face. "But I know I was smart, I-I have memories of it! I know how to do this, the numbers, the equations, the the-"

Twilight's explanation was interrupted by the gentle placement of Luna's index finger on her lips. "-Shush~ no, you weren't. That was a nightmare, a terrible dream where you weren't allowed to be yourself." The thought of such a reality sent a shiver of fear down Luna's spine.

Twilight opened her mouth to speak, but Luna gently cut her off.

“Hush now, little one,” she said softly. “I’m here now. You don’t have to worry anymore.”

Luna smiled, calm and serene. There was a subtle shift in her tone, her words becoming more composed, more deliberate, as instinct gently pulled her forward. A quiet regality settled over her, shaping her posture and movements with effortless grace.

The princess leaned forward and brushed Twilight's hair softly as she raised her wand into the air. A gentle power culminated around the midnight alicorn's hand as the wand pulsed softly. Luna wasn't sure where this strange confidence had come from, but she was certain she was making Mommy proud.

A faint glow of magic surrounded Twilight's waist as power and authority rushed from the wand toward the purple unicorn. Twilight gasped as the wand's magic pooled around her, sparkling and crackling with immense power. Luna watched with quiet satisfaction.

Several seconds passed before the magic suddenly condensed, exploding into gentle tones of pink, purple, and blue clouds. A delicate pop rang out as a fresh, puffy diaper materialized snugly around Twilight's hips. A pattern of white stars and crescent moons sprawled over the diaper's surface.

It was thick, pillowy, and almost comically adorable. "W-what?" The Twilight gasped, "It can't be... I can't wear..."
Luna sensed her resistance, but the words lacked strength. Twilight reached down, lightly caressing the front with her fingers. It rustled softly as her ears twitched. A feeling deep in Twilight's chest stirred as a gentle haze washed over the unicorn's mind.

Luna leaned in and drew the unicorn into a warm, gentle, winged embrace. She gently rocked Twilight back and forth as the wand's light dimmed into an ambient warm hum. "You've been thinking for too long," Luna whispered comfortingly. "Let me help you rest~ Just follow the light."

Luna shifted with a crinkle and positioned the wand in front of Twilight's face. The unicorn's eyes flicked toward the wand involuntarily as Luna began tracing slow, smooth circles in the air. The crescent tip left glittering trails of stardust in its wake.

Twilight's pupils followed, wide and unblinking. Mesmerized by the vortex of color and sound filling her vision.
“That’s it,” Luna cooed, her voice wrapping around the mare’s mind like a warm blanket. “You don’t need to think. Not about stars. Not about numbers. Not about anything. Just watch the light and sink~”

The tension in Twilight's body began to melt. Her legs trembled as the magic’s hum deepened, becoming a gentle rhythm she could feel in her chest. Each swirl of the wand pulled her thoughts deeper into a bottomless abyss from which they could never recover.

A helpless whimper escaped Twilight's lips as the swirls wiped her cluttered mind clean like a chalkboard being erased.

“You don't want to think,” Luna cooed into Twilight's ear. “You want to be a mindless drooly little bab. It feels so good, doesn’t it? No thinking at all.”

The wand pulsed.

Thrum.
“I… I don’t want to think anymore…” Twilight murmured.

Thrum.

“I-I want to be…” A smile tugged at the unicorn's lips.

Thrum.

“Mindless.”

Luna smiled as Twilight's eyes glazed over. Her jaw unclenched, allowing small dribbles of drool to roll down her chin. Luna pressed her muzzle against Twilight's cheek, a radiant smile on her lips. “That's right~ no thoughts, no worries, nice and mindless for Mommy~”

Twilight gurgled dumbly as pure mindless joy rushed through her body. Her diaper crinkled as her legs twitched before going loose and limp. Her diaper squished beneath her as the full weight of her body sagged loosely against it, all resistance having fled her body.

“Much better~” Luna cooed, nestling the purple mare under her wing.
Twilight babbled innocently as she nuzzled Luna's wing and muttered something about the stars and how big and smart she was. Luna giggled as she watched the mindless unicorn babble and twitch in her embrace. Luna's horn pulsed once more as a pacifier materialized in her magical grasp.

“Open,” Luna whispered.

Twilight obeyed immediately, parting her lips as Luna guided the pacifier into the mare's mouth with a satisfying pop.

Twilight moaned as her eyes fluttered shut. Her mind sank into safe, dreamy nothingness. Pure joy filled Luna’s heart as she took in the sight before her—her precious work, complete. She had protected this little one not from a nightmare, but from herself.

She couldn't wait to tell Mommy all about it when she returned.

As the moment settled, the instinct and confidence that had guided Luna began to fade. The poised intention behind her movements, the graceful complexity of her words, each slipped away like mist at sunrise. A gentle buzz filled her head, soft and soothing, as a deep sense of completeness washed over her.

The grass swayed in the gentle evening breeze as the moon arced across the sky. The nearby lantern flickered as the stars twinkled, and the telescope sat alone and unused in the center of the field. Luna cradled Twilight in her embrace for several minutes as she hummed a gentle lullaby directly into the unicorn's ear.
Eventually, the sky above shifted.

A soft chime echoed through the night air—barely audible, yet unmistakable. Overhead, the stars began to shift, swirling inward in a slow, graceful spiral. From their dance bloomed a familiar sight: a portal of pink and purple light unfurling like a flower in the sky.

Luna looked up. It was a signal, a quiet summons. Another little one needed her. Her heart swelled with pride. The task here was done.

The purple unicorn no longer needed her guiding presence. She had helped, she had protected.

Wordlessly, Luna moved Twilight from her wing to the ground, taking extra care not to wake her from her gentle trance. The unicorn's pacifier bobbled gently with each slow breath. Her diaper crinkled softly as she shifted in her sleep, and a faint smile spread across her muzzle.

Luna rose, wings stretched wide with a quiet rustle.

Beside her, the wand hovered for a moment before dissolving into soft sparkles of light.
With one final glance at the peaceful field, Luna spread her wings wide and leapt into the air. She soared forward, a swift and graceful arc carrying her straight toward the waiting vortex. The portal met her like an old friend, its swirl of pink and violet light reaching out to embrace her.

Tendrils of magic reached out and curled around the alicorn's body as she disappeared into its shimmering depths.

============================================================================= Chapter 3: New Relaxation
=============================================================================
Pink and purple magic curled around Luna as she glided gracefully through the lavender vortex. The familiar whispers returned and wrapped around her like a warm blanket, whispering gentle encouragement and soothing affirmations to her subconscious.

As the voices swirled around her, one rose above the rest, full of despair and longing. A bright light flared ahead. Luna narrowed her eyes as her wings folded, and she braced herself for what came next. A pulse of magic rippled through her, and in a shimmer of violet, she was cast from the vortex once more.

This time, she emerged in perfect control, diving from the swirling gateway high in the sky. Her wings unfurled with effortless grace, catching the still air as she spiraled downward, slow and deliberate. The cool air easily glided through her feathers as the clouds parted like velvet curtains.

Below, nestled within the quiet cradle of rolling hills, a slumbering town waited.

Thatched rooftops sloped gently beneath the starlit sky as chimneys released soft trails of cozy smoke high into the clouds. The cobbled streets were quiet, winding past quaint little homes whose windows glowed with warm, flickering light. Moss curled between the stones, and tiny bioluminescent ferns dotted the edges of the streets.

Luna touched down on the cobbled street with a gentle thump. Drawn by the desperate pleas of the voice. Warm light spilled into the streets, the light flickering softly like candlelight behind nursery curtains as wooden shutters swung gently in the night breeze.

The air was cool, wrapped in twilight stillness. Crickets chirped in the distance as owls gave thoughtful hoots from afar. Luna took a slow breath, her feet clicking softly against the cobbles as she began to walk. No pony stirred. No doors opened. But she could still feel it.

The desperation, the need. The desire of one to be cared for.

Luna’s horn shimmered with soft light, her senses reaching outward like ripples in water. She followed the call, guided down a dark, narrow alleyway by the pull in her chest. Flickering lanterns and sleeping tenants flanked the streets as she walked. Eventually, the midnight alicorn reached a two-story house.

It was a quaint little home. The walls were made of aged timber, warm and worn. Ivy and algae creeped lazily up the sides of the building as though nature had claimed it as its own. The thatched roof glowed gently under moonlight as the golden straw fluttered in the night breeze.

A pair of shuttered windows peeked out like sleepy eyes beneath the eaves on the second floor. The glass panes caught the soft moonlit glow in spectacular sheens of blue and purple. A wooden door stood proudly under the front awning, flanked by flower boxes brimming with flowers and other plants.

Luna pushed the door open with a gentle shove.

Inside, the world dimmed to quiet tones of beige and brown. The scent of old wood, ink, and drying parchment filled the air. A single oil lantern flickered atop a side table, casting long shadows over the simple furnishings. A woven rug, a well-loved couch, and shelves filled with jars containing plants and other small trinkets.

A modest wooden desk sat against the far wall, its surface buried in paperwork. Parchment lay stacked and scattered, stained with coffee and ink smudges. Others lay crumpled nearby. A lone page sat positioned beneath the lantern's light at the center of the desk.

"Ughhh..." groaned the light gray earth pony seated behind the desk. "I can't believe Mayor Mare wants all of this done before the harvest festival."

Luna stepped forward quietly.

"Whatcha doing?" the alicorn asked as her curious gaze swept across the sea of scrolls and scribbled notes.
Bon Bon jumped, nearly dropping her quill. "Huh! Who are you? How did you even get... inside my house?"
Luna giggled softly, "I go where I am needed.”

As the words left her lips, a familiar poise settled over Luna once again. Confidence flooded her tone as a quiet regalness flowed back into her movements. Her doubts, fleeting as they were, now vanished. She was certain this was the little one who'd called.

Bon Bon's mind raced with questions as Luna eyed the scattered parchment. Foreign and unknown symbols assaulted the alicorn's vision. "+, -, /, 591" The strange runes and chicken scratch baffled her. Was this pony writing a spell? An evil incantation? Perhaps something worse.

Although the symbols appeared harmless and Luna couldn't sense anything magical or evil about them, a voice in the back of her mind told her they were wrong. They were out of place and inappropriate for little ones to see. A fire lit inside Luna as new resolve burned inside her.

Before she departed, Luna would ensure these symbols were completely forgotten.
“So, like… what are you doing?” Luna asked as she waddled toward the desk, a soft crinkle accompanying each step.

The earth pony let out a weary sigh. “Mayor Mare wants all these reports finished before the harvest festival next week.” Bon Bon leaned back in her chair and rubbed her forehead. “But I don’t have enough time, and I, um… I kind of forgot how to do this.” She frowned as Luna raised a curious eyebrow.

The faint shimmer of a memory drifted toward the surface of Luna’s mind—She'd met this pony before—but it quickly slipped away, scattered by the steady presence that guided her confidence. Regardless, something about the earth pony stirred a feeling deep inside.

The gray earth pony reminded Luna of the purple unicorn she’d helped earlier.

"I know, I know how to do this." Bon Bon whispered. "So why? Why does it all look so foreign to me?" Luna could sense that stress and worry were building up inside the little earth pony. She had to help. That was why this little one had called her there in the first place.

"You may have known how to do this in the past," Luna said gently. "But you don't need to know now." She draped a comforting wing over the earth pony, hoping the little pony would see sense. She didn't need these silly symbols and chicken scratch.

What this little one needed was to see the truth. The wonderful truth that all anypony ever needed to be was a mindless pamper packer. A mindless babbling ball of adorableness just like the rest of Equestria. Mommy knew best, and Mommy would always care for and protect them from any fear.

Bon Bon tensed slightly as Luna’s wing brushed gently against her fur.

With a serene breath, Luna extended her arm as her wand appeared in a soft shimmer of starlight. It hovered in her grasp for a moment, suspended like a living thought, before it settled comfortably into Luna's commanding grasp with a gentle hum.

Luna raised her arm, wand in hand, and began drawing lazy circles that pulsed with calming light. A gentle rhythm back and forth, just as she had done with Twilight. Bon Bon instinctively looked toward the wand, eyes wide with cautious curiosity. A haze began to settle over her mind.

Luna began to move the wand in slow, lazy circles, tracing patterns of pulsing, calm light in front of Bon Bon just as she had with Twilight. The rhythm was soft and steady, soothing and relaxing. Bon Bon’s eyes were drawn to the motion with wide, cautious curiosity.

"You don't have to worry anymore," Luna cooed, her voice calm and soothing.
Bon Bon’s breath slowed as her shoulders untensed.

“Why do I feel... so sleepy?” she murmured, her voice drifting off like a leaf in the wind.

“Because you are tired, you've used your brain too much. You've tried to be big.” Luna cooed as she leaned close. The glow of her wand lit up the mare’s drowsy face. “You've already done too much, you’ve carried these silly grown-up thoughts for far too long.”

Bon Bon tried to resist, to hold out against the dazzling light show being waved in front of her face, but she couldn't. The slow arcs eventually blurred, morphing into a gentle spiral of magic and flickering light. The room glowed a gentle purple as the earth pony's eyes silently glazed over.

“Buhhh… wha…” Bon Bon babbled, her jaw loosening as it fell slack. Drool trickled from the corners of her mouth as a gentle haze engulfed her mind, and every thought was pulled down into a warm, creamy pool of relaxation. She didn’t want to fight it anymore. All she wanted now was to sleep and obey.

Luna smirked as she continued the slow and precise motion of her wand and admired how quickly Bon Bon's resistance crumbled. Then, with a gentle flick of the wand, a pacifier appeared wrapped in Luna's cobalt magical grasp.

“Open,” Luna whispered.

Bon Bon's lips parted obediently, her eyes glassy with surrender.

Luna guided the pacifier into the earth pony's mouth with a gentle pop.

A sigh escaped Bon Bon's tired lips. Muffled, soft, relieved. Her body slumped as her forearms fell limply to her lap.
A gentle hum surrounded her waist as Luna’s magic enveloped it. A few seconds later, a thick, fluffy diaper wrapped snugly around the earth pony's waist.

“Perfect,” Luna whispered as she allowed the dazed mare to slump mindlessly into her chair. “No more thoughts, no more worries, just soft crinkles, and empty dreams.”

Bon Bon giggled behind her pacifier, the sound muffled and dreamy. Her cheeks flushed with warmth as her head lolled gently to one side in a slow, lazy motion. The earth pony was completely unburdened, the weight of thought completely melted away.

Silence. Peace.

Above the roof, the sky shifted once again. A familiar portal bloomed in the heavens.
Another little one waited.

============================================================================= Chapter 4: New Bliss
=============================================================================
Luna emerged from the portal with practiced ease as her wings caught the air in a gentle, effortless glide. The swirling vortex behind her faded as the portal sealed shut. Below her, an apple orchard stretched in every direction, filled with neat rows of trees heavy with ripe apples.

The ground was warm and dappled with the sun's rays.

A dirt path slithered between the trees like a lazy snake. With a slow, graceful descent, Luna touched down on it, landing softly in the orchard’s quiet embrace. The air was thick with the scent of apples, ripe, sun-kissed, and faintly spiced by the summer breeze.

She moved at a gentle pace, her eyes drifting across the neat rows of trees that stretched out in all directions. Bees buzzed drowsily in the blossoms, while birds chirped a slow, rhythmic song somewhere in the distance. The orchard felt suspended in time, alive, vibrant, and full of youthful energy.

A far cry from the sleepy tension she’d felt around the purple unicorn and the gray earth pony's dreams.
Luna paused beneath one of the larger trees. Her horn shimmered faintly as she reached out, brushing the bark with a delicate touch. It was rough and warm, worn with age in a way only nature could display.
She closed her eyes—not to listen with her ears, but with something deeper. A sense. A presence.

The orchard was peaceful… but not empty.

A little one needed her.

Following the curve of the path, Luna crested a gentle rise. Ahead, the trees parted to reveal a red barn nestled in the valley beyond. Its paint had faded in the sun, and the roof slouched slightly with age. A wooden fence traced the edges of a nearby field.

A red-coated stallion stood beside a wooden cart piled high with baskets of apples. His thick arms moved with practiced strength, loading one heavy basket after another into the wagon’s bed. His mane was damp with sweat, and his brow was furrowed in concentration.

A wave of familiarity stirred within Luna. She'd met this stallion before. The scent of apples clinging to the air, the sweeping acres of orchard all around—it was all known to her. The memory was hazy, soft at the edges like an old dream, but pleasant and warm to recall regardless.

“You’re working hard, little one,” Luna called as she neared.

The stallion jolted as his ears twitched, and he stumbled, threatening to lose his balance atop the wagon. Luna's eyes widened as her breath caught in her throat, and adrenaline rushed through her as her horn hummed with magic. Luckily, her intervention wouldn't be necessary.

“Sheesh, Ma’am!” he yelped, and let out a breathless chuckle. “Don’tcha know it’s impolite to sneak up on a pony like that?”

His voice was thick as molasses and wrapped in a heavy southern drawl.

Luna sighed in relief as the magic in her horn faded. "Forgive me, little one. I didn't mean to frighten you."

"Little one?" Big Macintosh replied with a raised eyebrow. "Now you listen here, ma'am. I may not be as big as some of the workers on this farm, but I sure as hay ain't little!" He frowned and dropped a basket of apples into the wagon with a satisfying thud.

Luna's eyes narrowed. Her features sharpened. That was not the response she had expected. The voice in the back of her mind flared with anger. This little one was different from the other two. More adult, bigger than he had any right to be. This was unnatural.

The farm pony continued piling apples into the cart. His red coat glistened in the warm sun, and his muscles flexed with each movement. He had a confidence that radiated as he completed his task. This was not how little ones were supposed to act. A gentle whisper told Luna that a more direct approach would be required to fix this little one.

"Are you sure about that?" Luna pressed, her tone motherly but firm.

“Darn tootin!" He replied with a level of confidence that made Luna's stomach churn with disgust. "Ah know what ah'm doin’,” he said as he grabbed the weather-worn handles of the apple cart with calloused hands. The handle creaked under his touch, familiar, trusted, and shaped by years of hard work.

“This is my job. My family needs this. Ah, don’t got time for nonsense.”

With a grunt and shift of his shoulders, the stallion leaned into the cart. The iron-rimmed wheels gave a reluctant squeal before lurching forward, the crates of apples jostling with a soft thump. Clouds of dust puffed around his feet as he pressed onward, muscles flexing beneath his red coat.

“This is hardly nonsense,” Luna said, stepping in front of the cart with a gentle waddle. Her horn shimmered as her wand spun into existence beside her.

“This is what you need. What you crave,” she continued, her voice low and laced with knowing. “Obedient, mindless bliss… just like the others.”

She raised the wand and pointed it toward the farm pony, steady as a blade.
The cart groaned to a halt as Big Mac came to a stop, locked by Luna’s imposing form. The apple farmer exhaled slowly through his nose.

“Mind movin' on outta the way?” he drawled, voice steady but strained. “Ah got apples that need haulin’, and you’re blockin’ the whole road!”

Luna didn't budge. She stood her ground with quiet, unreadable grace, her blue eyes locked onto his with an unwavering gaze. Then, without a word, she tilted her wand higher and began to move it in slow, deliberate circles. The tip trailed smooth arcs of swirling pink and blue stars that shimmered like tiny galaxies in its wake.
The stars hung in the air, suspended for a heartbeat before drifting lazily downward, fading into glittering dust as they touched the earth.

Big Mac's eyes widened as his senses were assaulted by the gorgeous colors and swirling vortexes of magic. The wagon's handles slipped from his grasp as his thoughts were pulled downward. He spiraled into a gentle hypnotic abyss of syrupy comfort and warmth.

The stallion's jaw flapped uselessly as his sinking mind tried to protest and think of something, anything to say that might save him from Luna's bliss. A voice in the back of Mac's mind screamed that this was wrong, that he couldn't let this happen. But it was all in vain.

“Don't fight it, little one," Luna cooed as the stallion slumped in place. A bead of drool rolled down his chin.

The wand pulsed as the stars curled into sleepy shapes that pulled at the stallion's mind and body. His posture loosened, going slack and limp as his thoughts popped like bubbles. A gentle cleansing that returned everything to a clean slate, like a freshly wiped marker board.

“No responsibilities, no harvest, no heavy work, just soft grass, thick pampers, and mindless obedience. A beautiful mess~”

The red stallion swayed, the rhythm of Luna's voice curling around his mind like a snake.

“I…”

The alicorn stepped closer, wand still aglow, as she drew slow, looping circles in front of the stallion's face.
“You’re already feeling it, aren’t you? That warm little flutter in your tummy. That sweet sleepy emptiness.”

The stallion let out a shaky breath. His mind collapsing in on itself in submission. A faint crinkle sounded at his waist as Luna’s magic wrapped around him, conjuring a thick, plush diaper with quiet finality. His remaining resistance dissolved in an instant.

“There we go,” Luna cooed. “No more grown-up thoughts for you~”

A soft pop echoed through the field as a pacifier appeared, floating just in front of the stallion's gaping maw.

“Open,” Luna commanded.

Big Mac's lips parted.

The pacifier slipped in as a blush bloomed across his cheeks. Big Mac blinked slowly as he slumped limply onto the grass with a crinkle.

“There, there, my little farmer,” Luna whispered, tucking him beneath her wing. “Now listen to my words, it's time to make a mess.”

Big Mac's diaper crinkled as he spread his legs, a heavy weight nestling atop his bowels. His head lolled to one side as a moan escaped his lips. He could feel his body shifting, a strong desire flooding his conscious thoughts. He needed to push, he needed to let go.

Big Mac's fingers balled into fists as his legs lifted. His body tensed as he obediently began to push. Luna smiled as she watched the stallion lose all embarrassment and worry. The apple farmer grunted and whimpered softly with each obedient push.

"That's it, Sweetie, just like that~" Luna cooed, coddling the little stallion gently in her arms.

The stallion's lips tightened around his pacifier as he raised himself slightly and repositioned his legs with a gentle grunt. He wanted to make a mess; he needed to obey. He wasn't a big, strong farm pony, that had never been his calling. What he was doing right now, being an obedient, mindless little one, was all he'd ever wanted.

Luna watched with a gentle smile as Big Mac continued to grunt and shift as his hips quivered and his body worked to complete his conditioning. The alicorn's heart threatened to explode from the farm-pony's adorableness. Finally, after some time, the stallion squeezed his eyes shut and pushed with everything he had.

Pure joy rushed through Luna as the bottom of Big Mac's diaper ballooned out. A series of crinkles and gentle pops filled the air. A low moan escaped the stallion's lips as all tension fled his body. His pacifier almost fell from his mouth as his eyes rolled and his head lolled back in complete bliss.

"Baah baah!" He gurgled from behind his pacifier as the warmth of his mess pressed against his rear and a tent pitched itself in the front of his diaper. The sight made Luna's heart melt. She had done it. She had cured this little one's ailment. Pride swelled in her chest.

Luna couldn't wait to tell Mommy about all she'd done. The ponies she'd saved, the portal that had guided her, and the pure bliss she'd felt watching the red farm pony collapse into the mindless abyss Mommy would've wanted him to experience.

Luna couldn't believe she'd ever doubted herself or Mommy's decision.

She wanted to do this forever; she needed to help every little one she could. The thought of leaving any of them behind filled the alicorn's heart with sorrow. Her mind raced with the possibilities, the millions of different dreams and scenarios she would encounter during her duties.

Alas, Luna's internal monologue was interrupted by a familiar portal filling the sky. Purple and pink magic pulsed in the sky as an all-too familiar magic called her name. However, something was different this time. The portal didn't pulse with the same urgency or soft cries the other ones had.

Instead, it pulsed with something warmer, deeper, and more familiar.

Luna's ears perked up as her breath caught for a moment. The dreamy scent of powder and vanilla drifted down with the breeze, along with a whisper that echoed in her heart. Not a call for help, but a gentle summoning. The kind of summoning that would make any little's heart flutter.

Mommy.

It was time.

Luna glanced down at the babbling colt nestled between her wings. He was so peaceful, so mindless and messy. Free without a care in the world. Carefully, she lay him on the soft grass just as she had done with all the little ones that evening. Then she slowly rose, careful not to disturb him.

Her gaze turned skyward. The glowing spiral shimmered in the velvet twilight and beckoned her forward as it sent beams of lavender, pink, and rose across the stars.

Luna spread her wings.

Her feathers unfurled with a soft, whispering rustle, their edges catching the light of the spiral above. Cobalt magic shimmered along her wingtips, trailing threads of moonlight and stardust in her wake. Power surged gently through her limbs.

She gave one strong beat of her wings, then another, and rose from the ground with grace born of purpose. The earth fell away beneath her. The wind kissed her cheek as she ascended higher and higher, drawn toward the luminous spiral like a moth to sacred flame.

Up she flew through the darkening sky, her silhouette a soft blur of silver and blue against the stars. She looked back one last time. Her gaze was brief, fond, and full of a silent farewell.
Then with one final shimmer of light, she was gone.

============================================================================= Chapter 5: New Equestria
=============================================================================
Pink and purple magic swirled around Luna as she stepped through the doorway, her wings folded neatly at her sides. The cool hum of residual magic tingled across her fur, inside her chest, warmth bloomed. A shiver of anticipation danced along her spine.
She was home.

The door behind her creaked softly, then swung shut with a satisfying thud, sealing the portal and the mission behind her. The silence that followed wasn't empty; it was sacred. Familiar. Safe. Luna’s feet clicked gently against the polished floor as she took a few slow steps forward.

She had done it. She had fulfilled her purpose. And now she was back where she belonged.

“Welcome home, my sweet little Guardian,” came a voice, smooth, radiant, and unmistakable.
Luna gasped softly as Mommy's words sliced through the stillness like music. A jolt of pleasure raced up her spine, and before she could speak, warm wings wrapped tightly around her. Cadance pulled her close, cradling her with the kind of love that made Luna melt into the embrace.

“I’ve missed you,” Luna whispered into her chest, nuzzling in without hesitation.

“Have you done what I asked?” the pink alicorn purred, her voice smooth as silk.

Luna nodded, a soft smile spreading across her face as her body melted deeper into Mommy’s embrace.

“I showed ’em wha it means t’ be guud,” the regressed princess slurred proudly, her words thick with childish glee.
Cadance giggled, feigning awe. “Mommy’s so proud of you, Sweetie!”

Luna’s wings fluttered with joy as another jolt of pleasure rushed through her chest, and the weight of her task finally lifted.

“I hewped 'em, Mommy,” Luna cooed, her words thick and dreamy. “I guiiiided 'em… made 'em feel all safe~”
Cadance smiled tenderly, her hand gliding gently through Luna’s shimmering mane.

“Just as I knew you would,” Cadance whispered. “That’s why you’re so special, Luna. You walk through dreams not to fix or change, but to remind everypony of the comfort and safety they’ve forgotten~”

Luna blinked slowly, her head resting against Mommy’s chest as the words soaked in. Cadance smiled softly as the midnight alicorn soaked up her narrative. It filled her heart with joy to see how easily her little ones were to manipulate. How easily they accepted and agreed with her words.

Equestria had been easy to conquer after Celestia and Luna were out of the way. Celestia, she had little use for. Sure, the fiery alicorn was still needed to move the sun and oversee some aspects of the world, but otherwise, she could stay locked away in her room for eternity.

Luna, on the other hand. Luna was of great interest to Cadance. The care program had seen unprecedented success during her domination of Equestria, but maintaining the system was time-consuming and taxing. The crystal ponies had offered their unwavering loyalty; however, they could only cover so much ground.

With Luna under her wing, Cadance had found the perfect solution. If anypony began to wake from their trance, or their mind-dumping spell failed, Luna could swoop into their dreams and quietly correct their behavior. It was the perfect crime, and nopony would be the wiser.

Cadance had given the alicorn just enough magic to influence already weak and regressed minds, but not enough to overthrow her or cause a fuss. Even better, the dumb little alicorn was convinced she was doing good. Saving Equestria from grown-up monsters and responsibility.

Cadance's breath caught in her throat as the genius of it all threatened to overwhelm her. A gentle babble from Luna pulled her back to the present. “And now,” Cadance said warmly, pulling back just enough to guide Luna by the hand, “you’ve earned some rest. Come, little one. Your work is done for today.”

Luna's eyes widened as Cadance led the alicorn through the dimly lit halls of Canterlot Castle. The gentle moonlight beamed through the stained glass windows and coated the world in a dreamy, hypnotic hue. Together, they walked through a quiet hallway before arriving at a small, cozy room.

Moon motifs adorned the walls, and gentle star-lights danced along the ceiling, bathing the room in a gentle starry glow. At its center: a crib. Tall and elegant, crafted from silverwood with deep blue bedding and a mobile above made of softly glowing moons and stars.

Luna let out a breath she hadn’t realized she was holding. “Is this for me?” she whispered.

Cadance chuckled. “Of course, Luna." She gestured toward the crib encouragingly. "This is your sanctuary. A space just for you. A place where all of your worries, fears, and concerns can fade away."

Luna oohed softly, eyeing the masterfully built crib, shocked by its beauty. Her diaper crinkled as she waddled forward, mesmerized. Was all of this really for her? Had she earned this? A gentle haze settled over the alicorn's mind as the question lingered.

Of course, she'd earned this. She had just completed her duty and saved several ponies from monsters and nightmares.

Mommy was never wrong.

The gentle hum of magic reached Luna's ears as a light pink aura formed around her body. The alicorn let out an adorable "Eep!" as Mommy lifted her gently with magic and lowered her into the crib with practiced care. The mattress was impossibly soft as it cradled Luna in quiet warmth.

"Now it's time for my little guardian to get some well-deserved rest." Cadance cooed softly, her voice infecting Luna's mind with a slow, syrupy haze. The former princess felt her muscles involuntarily relax as the haze increased in intensity and pulled her thoughts down, down, down.

Then the mobile above began to spin.

At first, the movement was slow, barely noticeable. Slowly ramping up into a gentle swirl of motion. The stars began to shimmer, casting soft glows of silver and lavender across the walls. Each gentle rotation of the mobile sent ripples of quiet magic through the air.

A subtle melody followed. Not sung, not played—but felt. A warm, humming vibration that thrummed through Luna’s chest, in time with the spinning mobile. It brushed her thoughts like feathers, sweeping away the last traces of tension in her mind.

Her ears drooped. Her wings settled. Her body sank deep into the softness beneath her.
Mommy’s voice dipped into the sugary haze as it guided Luna's thoughts deeper into the spiral. The outside world slowly faded away.

“Deeper now, little Luna,” Cadance whispered, watching with a gentle smirk as Luna's eyes gently glazed and revealed the sheer scale of her mindlessness.

The mobile pulsed with magic once more.

Luna’s eyes tried to stay open, but each turn made her eyelids heavier. The gentle repetition of the spinning lulled her senses as her mind was wrapped in velvet fog. Her breaths slowed. The world outside the crib blurred at the edges like a dream before waking.

Luna blinked once.

Something loosened deep inside her. A resistance she hadn't known she was carrying.
Twice.

Her diaper crinkled as her legs spread instinctively wider, preparing for something Luna's conscious mind had already forgotten. A series of commands, a choir of encouraging voices whispered into her mind. Commanding her to push, to obey, and release.

Luna's lips parted in a sleepy sigh as her body let go completely. A series of low crinkles and gentle pops filled the room as a warm mush pressed itself against her bottom. Luna gasped as her eyes rolled back in her head and the final threads of thought were cut.

She was safe. She was home. She would always obey.
